Coffee sya Noda’s Menu Specialty
01 Coffee House Noda’s coffee is served with whipped cream instead of milk.
After searching for a satisfactory fresh cream that does not contain any vegetable oils, we finally found 100% pure fresh cream from southern Kyushu, which we whip and serve chilled in a container lined with ice.
Serving whipped cream is a traditional style of serving at a pure coffee shop, but serving it cold is a style unique to “Coffee sya Noda”.
We recommend two light spoonfuls with a special spoon.
The coffee is well received, with customers saying, “The change in taste is interesting,” and “Coffee time becomes even richer and more enjoyable.
02 Coffee sya Noda continues to focus on “authentic iced coffee.
Water-drawn coffee brewed
in a special dripper for 8 hours
Each “Coffee sya Noda” store has a special dripper for brewing coffee with water.
This dripper allows for a slow brewing process for about 8 hours, resulting in a rich, aromatic coffee that is perfect for iced coffee.
About over-the-counter sales
We sell coffee beans (from 800 yen/g), cakes, baked goods, and coffee equipment.
Coffee take-out is also available at the Daimyo Main Store, Sun Plaza Store, and Solaria Plaza Store.
